Creation and usage of workflow engine in Acumatica Cloud ERP

Our CTO and co-founder, Yuriy Zaletskyy, conducted a mentoring session on July 26th, 2023. 

This session was dedicated to the creation and usage of the Acumatica workflow engine. 

It was fantastic! We were thrilled to have approximately 300 attendees showing interest in the creation and customization of the Acumatica workflow. 🤩

Yuriy covered two areas of workflows: Workflow options and the State workflow engine in Acumatica. 
 

He also demonstrated how to create and customize the workflow in Acumatica for a sales order, which enables customers to select their preferred delivery type through a dialogue box. This not only benefits the customer but also helps your company deliver a better customer experience and retain customers in the long run.
